The BubblePop source code is available on GitHub under the Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 license. You are free to reuse, modify and redistribute it for personal and non-commercial purposes, with attribution; commercial reuse of the codebase is not permitted.

The "BubblePop" name and visual identity belong to the publisher. Bubble illustrations are original creations distributed under the same CC BY-NC 4.0 license as the rest of the project. The bubbles you generate with the tool are yours to use as you wish, including commercially.

Embedded fonts (Inter, Bangers, Comic Relief, Architects Daughter, Permanent Marker, Komika Axis) are distributed by their respective authors under SIL Open Font License or Apache 2.0 — see the project repository for the full attributions.

Liability

BubblePop is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind. The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the service. The application runs 100% in your browser; no data is sent to a server.

The user remains solely responsible for the content (text) they generate with the tool and for its subsequent use.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of this site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
